Refund Policy
All registration deposits for any class provided by Elavic Healthcare Solutions Training Center are non-refundable. If the class the that you are registered for is paid in full prior to the initial start date, you must provide a 48-hour notification in order to receive a refund. If you pay your deposit and have, your deposit can be transferred to a future class as long as you provide 48-hour notification.
If 48-hour notice is not given prior to the scheduled class date, you can transfer your deposit to a future class, however your total balance will have to be paid in full before your initial class start date.
In the event of an emergency, please contact your instructor directly, and arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
